Michigan Science Center ECHO Live! - Tinkering with Toys

The Michigan Science Center has hosted a daily "ECHO Live!" science program for our virtual audience every day since our building shut down due to COVID-19 in March. In honor of the National Week of Making, Monday through Thursday, we will have a different "Making" themed episode of ECHO Live! at 2:30 PM Eastern.

Viewers can join in through the Michigan Science Center YouTube channel or Facebook page and interact with our presenter live in real-time through the comments feature to answer and ask questions. All episodes will feature maker-themed programming and activity suggestions for experiments or projects students can try at home.

Episode 41: Tinkering with Toys – During this episode, MiSci will discuss inventions and how the simplest ideas can bring us the greatest joy. We’ll also teach audiences how to build moving cardboard automation sculptures.
